- Cancellations made within 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in: No refund.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Payments made via credit card or net banking will be refunded to the original payment method.
Rescheduling:
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.
Non-Refundable Add-ons:
Certain add-on services like BBQ or vehicle rentals are non-refundable.
