1. Damage to Resort Property
Hampi Social Resort reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of rectifying any damage caused to the property. If damage is discovered after departure, we may charge the guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice to the registered address. We will make every effort to repair damage internally before seeking external specialists, keeping costs to a minimum.
2. Removal of Resort Property
Guests are not permitted to remove any items from the resort premises. If any item is found missing after departure, we reserve the right to charge the full replacement cost, including delivery and installation charges, to the guest’s credit/debit card or via invoice.
3. Inappropriate Behavior
Hampi Social Resort upholds a respectful and welcoming environment. Any inappropriate behavior that disturbs other guests or staff will not be tolerated. If such behavior is reported, the Duty Manager has the discretion to take appropriate action, which may include involving law enforcement or requesting the guest to vacate the property.
4. Lost or Damaged Property
Guests are responsible for their belongings. In the event of lost or damaged property, the provisions of the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956 will apply. If lost property is found, we will make reasonable efforts to return it. Items not claimed within three months of departure will be disposed of.
5. Payment Terms
A reservation request does not guarantee booking confirmation until explicitly approved through our official channels. Guests booking through travel agents or third-party websites must verify confirmations directly with their service provider.

Refund processing may take 15-20 business days, depending on cancellation policies, the timing of cancellation, and processing fees.

Offline payment confirmations may take 1-3 banking days, depending on the payment mode and network.
6. Payment Methods
Hampi Social Resort accepts the following payment methods:
Online Payments

Payments can be made securely through Razorpay, using credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, IMPS, and wallets.

A transaction fee may apply, which is non-refundable.
Offline Payments

Guests can transfer their reservation amount via NEFT/RTGS or cash deposit to our bank account. Processing time varies based on bank operations.
